To create a Verification Plan, navigate to the verification plan module in the left navigation pane.
Click on the 'Create Verification Plan' button and enter the mandatory fields like Name, Project and Target Due Date.
Click on 1. Create OR 2. Create & Open Details button to navigate to the details page of the verification plan.
