The user must navigate to the Admin module > Issue type tile, as seen in the below screen, by simply checking the relevant checkbox, you may enable or disable the ability for any member of the Issue creator, Reporter, or User group to change the status of the issue to In-Progress, Cancel, and Complete.
Tip: The above three fields are seen in the issue create page.
