• To assign portal to a user, navigate to the Admin module and click on User Management tile.  
• Click on user’s first name from grid to whom license must be assigned. On clicking, user details page will be displayed.  
• Navigate to the ‘Portals’ section, click on the ‘+Assign Portal’ button to assign portals to the user. 
• Now the user can select portals that needs to be assigned to the user.
• Click on the drop-down field to select portal.  A success message will be displayed, and the user will have the ability to access the portals.
