NOTE: For a user to access any portal a license and a role must to be assigned, only the Super Admin can assign a license to a user from Admin Portal, however the portal role will be assigned by the Tenant Admin.
- Click on the Admin module
- Click on the ‘Portal Users’ tile. On clicking, the portal users gird page will be displayed.
- Click on the username, in the details - information tab, select role from the ‘Role’ drop-down list to assign to the user . The user will be able to perform all actions and access to module based on the role - permission group mapping.
- Navigate to the permissions tab to view all permissions mapped.
NOTE: Only one role can be assigned to a user.
