In TITAN - Portal users, Permission groups and Roles are interdependent. Roles other than the Super Admin are portal specific.

Super Admin: This user will have full access to all the portal in TITAN. This user will set the permissions for Tenant Admin.

Tenant Admin: This user will be responsible for managing the users and their permission within the portal.

Permissions are grouped into permission group and the permission groups are assigned to a role. Role is assigned to a User. Role can have one or more permission groups assigned. Only one role can be assigned to a user. Permission are portal specific except for the super admin.

Assigning permissions to user is a three-step process:

1) Create permission groups

2) Assign one or more permission group to a role

3) Assign the role to the user
