The "Swap" option provides users with the ability to change resources conveniently by selecting the 'SWAP' Resource icon from the available option within the facility. To initiate a resource swap, users simply need to navigate to the calendar and click on the event for which they wish to change the assigned resource.
By clicking on swap icon user is able to see available resource from which user can select the required resource with start time and date, end time and date. User can also choose if they want to include busy resources.
