To create a Test Request, user must navigate to the Test Request module and click on the 'Create Test Request' button on the top right corner as seen below.
The test request creation form below shall open. The user needs to enter the mandatory details, such as the project code, test phase, procedure, and facility where the test will be performed. Click on the 'create' button once all the required information has been entered.
Note: To create a Test Request, the users require 'Create' permission to the test request module.
