Widgets is used to displays message on the Home Page. These messages can be posted for all the Portal users to view. Portal messages are created from the admin page and the messages are Portal Specific.
- To create a Portal Message the users must navigate to the Admin module > Portal Message tile.
- On clicking, the portal message grid is displayed. User can filter the grid by ‘Active’ or ‘Inactive’ portal messages.
- Click on the "Create Portal Message" button to create a new portal message. Enter the message header, select start date, expiration date, enter message for display and click on "Create Button". The message will be displayed on the home page from the start date until the expiration date.
- You can see the created message in the grid page. To view the message, user can navigate to the home page. The message will not be displayed after the expiration date.
