The default operating hours for the test facility is configured in the Portal Settings. If the user has not set the Test Facility operating hours, then the default operating hours are considered during scheduling.
When Default facility time is specified, and the test facility operating hours are not configured in the test facility, then for that facility the calendar displays the default time.
