To add Technicians to the associated Test Request, the user needs to navigate to the Test Facility module and select the facility name. The user needs to click on the "Assign user" button which will populate the list of users. Select the user of preference for the mapped Test Request.
Navigate to the Test Request module, select the Test from the schedule tab. Now the user will be able to select the Technician for the test from the dropdown list.
