For adding the description in the Requested info tab, user must have at least create or higher permission to the Test Request, Requested info tab. You can check your permission as below:
- Click on the user Profile menu
- Click on the Permission tab and check what permission is mapped to "Request Info" in the Test Request section.
- If you don't have the required permission you can contact your Tenant Admin so that they can change your permission as needed.
