1. Test facility can be created from Admin Portal only. If you need to create test facility please contact your Super Admin or TITAN support team.
2. They can create the Test facility with the appropriate details or you may raise a support ticket by clicking on "?" present at the bottom left on TITAN and mention the Facility name, Capacity, Primary Owner and Facility Time Zone as these are the mandatory fields.
