The test information tab in the project details of any given project shows a record of all the events that have taken place based on milestones.
The user's permission group should have at least read permission in the 'test information' tile in order to see the test information. Additionally, the user can see all the tests performed on that project by clicking on the view all button. This will enable the user to see the test from other portals as well.
