The type of views currently available in the Calendar module are as seen below. 


Year

Year view works well if you are planning long-term events. The view shall display all the events for the year. You can use the use the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the calendar to view more events on the timeline.


Quarter

A quarter refers to one-fourth of a year i.e., a three-month period on a facility’s calendar. 

This view allows the user to view the events for a quarter at a glance. To view the events, use the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the calendar.


Month

The month view displays all the events for a month. It is the most common timeline view used by users. Depending on the screen size, the entire month will be displayed and can be scrolled horizontally to view all the events.


Fortnight

The fortnight view if selected enables the user to see all the events for 15 days (about 2 weeks). Simply select the fortnight option from the dropdown as seen below.


Week

The fortnight view, if selected, enables the user to see all the events for the week. Simply select the fortnight option from the dropdown as seen below.


Day

The ‘Day’ option allows the user to view the details of an event for a day at an hourly interval. The user has the options to view the details at 1 hour– 4 hours and 8 hours.


Agenda- Week

Agenda- Week view provides the user the option to view the event details at an hour interval for the week. This view is recommended to view the details of a single facility. The solid color block event represents a scheduled test, and the stripped event represents an unscheduled test.
