To delete a Test, the user must have the highest permission which is the "Delete" permission to the Test Request tab. You can check your permission as seen below:

  • Click on the user Profile menu on the Home page.


  • Click on the Permission tab and check what permission is mapped to "Test Request" in the Test Request section.


  • If you don't have the required permission, you can contact your Tenant Admin who will assign the required permission.
  • NOTE: If the status of the is Scheduled, then the Test Request can't be deleted.
