When a new Test Request is created the PIC assigned to that particular Test Request will be notified. The PIC is the person In-charge who creates the Test Request. If a test has been assigned a Secondary In-charge, then he/she will receive the notification email. Here the Secondar In-charge will have the same level of access as the PIC.
Also, if the facility selected in the Test Request have the Test scheduler mapped under "Test Facility Users" then the scheduler will automatically get added to the Test Request under "Team Information" and will be notified as well.
