A test can be cancelled by going into the Test Request grid and clicking on the cancel button in the action's column of the associated test.
Please Note:
If a test is in "completed status" then the user cannot cancel the test.
Please note, a user cancel own test only. To cancel other people's test, the user requires special permissions which is configured from the ADMIN > Permissions tile.
