This feature allows the user to integrate with external systems like Jira, Azure AD and OKTA.
For example, if a user is using any external program like Jira, we need to ensure that it has been first configured in the admin module by super admin and later at the portal level (by admin/ tenant admin).
View External systems.
To navigate and view the list of External systems which have been integrated, simply click on the External System tile as highlighted below.
The following page shall open, here which displays the list of existing external integrations present in the portal. Additional actions like viewing/ editing the configuration or settings can also be done here.
