• Titan supports two types of lookups i.e., Global lookups and Portal specific lookups. The lookups that are seen with a globe icon are known as the Global lookups. These are shared across all the portals and are known as the building blocks for all the modules that are seen across the portal. For example, the values fetched in the drop-down list for any module depends on the lookups that we build in here.
• The lookups that are seen without a globe icon are the Portal level lookups. They can only be seen on a specific portal.
• Global lookups are system defined lookups you can only add values to these lookups, whereas for a portal specific lookup, you can create the lookup, and also add values to your newly created lookup.
